Two Bridges

The Royal Albert Bridge and the Tamar bridge link Plymouth and Cornwall by rail and road respectively.  You can clearly see the span of the Royal Albert bridge which was designed by Isambard Kingdom Brunel and opened in 1859 whilst the Tamar suspension bridge which opened in 1961 can just be seen in the background.

The gentle movement of the water and the encroaching darkness conjure up a peaceful scene and I'm particularly happy with the feeling of movement in the water.
